Thank you to our donors, supporters, and community partners for standing with Interval House over the past year. Your compassion and commitment makes it possible for women and children to break free from violence and begin rebuilding their lives with safety, dignity, and hope.
For more than 50 years, Interval House has provided the vital space between crisis and independence. Women and children escaping abuse find safety and support through our Residential Program, where they can access a variety of services, such as emergency shelter, counselling, housing, education, legal support, parenting groups, workshops, and art therapy. The impact of your support reaches far beyond our walls – for women across Ontario who cannot physically reach us due to disabilities, distance, or fear of detection, our Virtual Counselling Services provides a lifeline.
Our Building Economic Self-Sufficiency (BESS) program plays a critical role in helping survivors move toward long-term stability and independence. By connecting women to employment support, housing services, and counselling, BESS supports survivors at every stage of their healing journey. Through our Financial Literacy Pilot Project, BESS participants also gain practical financial knowledge through hands-on, skills-based activities, empowering them to build confidence, make informed decisions, and strengthen their path toward economic security.
Behind each statistic stands a woman who has escaped violence and is building a brighter future. As cases of intimate partner violence continue to rise, your support is more vital than ever in helping us provide programs and resources to women and children fleeing abuse.
We are proud to share with you the life-changing impact you have made possible in 2025. Thank you for helping us create lasting change for survivors of intimate partner violence.
